Quality Policy

1. Scope

Provision of workplace consultancy, project management, move management, workplace design & space planning and workplace support services.

2. Purpose and Objectives

BakerStuart (“The Company”, “we”) is committed to managing its business to a high quality standard ensuring that client, statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Our Management System complies with the requirements of BSI ISO 9001:2015 ‘Quality Management Systems’.

Our quality policy is to:

  •  continually improve the effectiveness of both the quality management system and the provision of all our services and our workplace analytics toolkit;
  •  ensure all staff are trained and briefed about all the quality documentation so that they can implement the policies and procedures in their work;
  •  comply with all relevant legislation;

 

It is further committed to set, measure and monitor quality objectives in order to continuously improve its performance. These goals are communicated to  all  its employees.

The various processes and activities undertaken are encompassed in the procedures and these are readily available to all employees. These procedures        maintain the suitability of the existing system and provide a means of implementing improvements on a continual basis. 

3. Requirements.

BakerStuart is responsible for implementing the policy and this will be achieved by:

  •  establishing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system certified against BSI ISO 9001:2015.
  •  providing the necessary resources and ensuring responsibilities are determined and communicated to all BSL employees and contractors;
  •  setting and reviewing measurable quality objectives and ensuring those objectives are met;
  •  reviewing the effectiveness of the quality management system and assessing opportunities for its continual improvement;
  •  seeking structured feedback from our client and customers;
  •  ensuring everything we do is always carried out in accordance with the stated methodsand client and customers’ requirements.

This policy is itself kept under continual review.
